Jon Queen, CFA, CAIA is a highly trained, results-driven professional who continues a family tradition of working in real estate brokerage that dates back to 1977. A finance and legal professional by training, prior to joining Coldwell Banker Jon held leadership roles in investment banking and private equity firms. He also was a corporate lawyer at a large international law firm. Over his professional career, Jon has overseen several hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate purchase and sale transactions worldwide, and he has helped complete several billions of dollars in real estate financings and re-financings. Jon has a deep understanding about the Denver real estate market and is on the Board of Directors for the South Metro Denver REALTORs Association.
Jon brings deeply specialized experience and credentials to residential real estate brokerage. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Cornell University, a Juris Doctorate Degree from University of Pennsylvania Law School where he simultaneously completed cross-disciplinary study in Business and Public Policy at Wharton Business School, and an MBA from Kyiv School of Economics. Jon also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation, which is a highly regarded achievement in the real estate investment industry and rare accomplishment among Realtors. He is a member of the Chartered Market Technician Association as well.
